- Mormons are weird and secretive, at least about their Temples

- Felosyal soaks in her green bath, while Thessalie sketches and measures some of the rashy spots to compared to after the bath
- Sharai goes hunting to try to show up F, but she only manages to get two squirrels, though it's still better than the one F got the previous day
- On her way back S sees two kobolds run screaming out of the opening from the cave tunnel
- T is not interested, she's too busy with F
- S cooks her squirrels into a stew, and it's delicious
- The next morning F's rash is almost completely gone except for a few red spots
- Only three kobolds are left alive at this point, and all of them are at least somewhat calcified into statues.
- T goes to start a bath to try to help the one who only has a stone foot, but by the time she bruises the herbs and hauls the water and gets Sharai to heat the water, the foot guy is half a statue and the other two are all statue.
- The kobold turns to a statue completely while in her bath. Weird art, but not the weirdest.
- F comes back with a large buck, or at least the meat from one.
- T Sends to Sensani, "Kobolds have died of magic disease, but we isolated and removed source. Outbreak contained. Spread unlikely. We move on at dawn."
- She hears back only, "Satisfactory," but then she feels a little poof of energy leaving her Holy Symbol, so the spell he placed on it is clearly gone.
- Sharai confirms the only spell left on her Symbol is the Continual Flame spell.
- FST start heading southwest-ish towards where they believe the former city of Muhlehorn to be
- After several days of walking through the hills, one midafternoon, the party start hearing a loud thwump, thwump, thwump.
- T says it sounds like really big footsteps.
- FST hide, but S climbs a tree and is clearly visible as most of the foliage is missing.
- Two enormous bears come over the rise of the hill at a run.

- CaveBear2 runs up to S's tree and bites at her, but misses. It claws her for 24 slashing dmg.
- S casts Thunderwave to try to push it away from her, but something goes not quite right, and it only takes 12 thunder dmg.
- F dashes out of her bush to flank CB2, stabbing with her poisoned magicky dagger for 26 piercing dmg, but she misses slashing him with her longsword.
- CB1 moves to F and bites her for 14 piercing dmg and claws her for 9 slashing dmg.
- T casts Bless on FST. Then she casts Spiritual Weapon next to CB2 and it takes 12 force dmg.
- The thwumping noise is now getting faster and closer.
- CB2 bites S for 12 piercing dmg and claws her for 17 slashing dmg.
- S casts Fireball and both bears take 35 fire dmg. The bush next to F and all the grass is now on fire.
- F jumps and buries her magicky dagger in the base of CB2's skull. So dead. She then slashes CB1 for 1 slashing dmg.
- CB1 misses biting F and then missing with its claws.
- T casts Mass Cure Wounds on FST for 21 HP, then hits CB1 with her SW for 10 force dmg.
- Over the hill come an 18' (ish) tall giant built like a long-distance runner wearing a light tunic and short pants and sandals. He calls to the bears, and the living bear runs back to him.
- The giant is trying to talk to FST, but they do not understand his words.
- T crawls out of the bush, Revives the bear, then casts Tongues on herself.
- T apologizes for the killing the bear, and then asks if he knows where Muhlehorn is. He does no know, but he says Gromnir might. (That is the leader of their clan.)
- He agrees to take them to his village, so long as they don't attack anyone.
- FST mount his bears (Osul and Ozuk) and they catch a ride to the giant village.
- A few hours later, FST notice signs of civilization in the rockier, rougher terrain at the foot of the mountains. Caverns, carvings in the rocks, and other giants as well.
- FST are escorted int oa cave. They wait a few minutes and then their escort comes back and leads them to Gromnir's receiving chamber. It looks like a feast hall with a long table. There is an area on the table set up for FST to sit.
- Gromnir is a female giant with long, braided hair. Her tunic is embroidered, but she has a similar runner's physique to the other giants.
- Thessalie tries to explain what they are looking for and why, but the Lellzutho concept is difficult for the giants to understand. They do kind of understand what she is looking for, though. They call it "The City of Machines". It is a 3 week journey for a giant, so it's probably like a 3 month jounrey for the little people.
- The giants offer them lodging and escort to the edges of their territory.
- FST gladly accept.
- The giant they originally met is Wofbar. He takes them to a room that has been sort of retrofitted for them. There's a bed, and a trunk and a desk. The giants have added a ladder to the bed and the desk for them to climb.
